199QUERY uses a combination of intelligent computer algorithms and even more intelligent human researchers to answer your questions. We call this our organic search engine. Our organic search engine allows us to answer questions written in any way, something which even smart computers can not do!
"Is this a subscription service?"
No! You only pay for the questions you ask! We at 199QUERY hate dodgy subscription SMS services as much as you do! A subscription service is one where sending one message automaticaly enters you into a paid ongoing service, charging you a bazillion dollars a month. Unlike other SMS content provides, we do not do this!
"Why haven't I got my answer yet?"
199QUERY aims to get all answers out within a few minutes, however there may be some cases where we can't: if you have asked a complicated or difficult question (our researchers need a little more time to answer!); during peak traffic periods or congested operator network conditions; or if your question breaches our guidelines. If you have waited a long time and still haven't got your answer, send an email to feedback@199query.com with the approximate message content, phone number and time and we'll find out what happened!
"What happens if I'm not happy with the answer?"
If you're not happy with an answer provided to you by 199QUERY, send an email to feedback@199query.com with the mobile number, approximate time, content and reason why you are not happy. Our editors will review the question and in some cases offer you a refund.
"What is your answer policy?"

Some mobiles enable you to span long messages over different SMS's. Try to contain your question to just one SMS as you could be billed twice.
